“ I've been going to this taco truck since they've opened about 15 years ago. I've had tacos from all over the state of Washington spanning from Seattle to the tricities to Spokane and places in between. This taco place is hands down the best from my perspective. The owner is super nice and loves to serve with a smile that cannot be beat. This business is not presumptuous and it has one objective which is to serve amazing food at low cost. They offer a simple selection of tacos, tortas, burritos. The meats are beautifully seasoned to delicious mouth watering perfection and you can choose adobada, asada, pollo, lengua or tripas. Although they serve more than tacos I highly recommend making sure you get the tacos and my personal favorite is the adobada. This taco is a blessing from God. It leaves your palate desiring from the first smell and your mouth will continue to water until your belly is full once you've taken your first bite. Ariel is a miracle worker with his perfectly seasoned and cooked meats that are plentifully topped on a perfectly warmed and crisped tortilla with the exact amount of grease on it. The tacos are not huge, but are not meant to be. I've only had better tacos roaming the streets of Mexico's capital....but I think our humble Ariel's tacos in Yakima is definitely an okay substitute as I've had no others that could come close to what the capital of Mexico has to offer in the state of Washington. Ariel has two simple bit divinely delicious salsas, either red or green. Also you must add on the delicious accompaniment of shredded cabbage and diced tomato to your taco which adds the perfect balance of freshness to the meat and fat of the taco, especially with a squeeze of lime. I will always come and eat at Ariel's and take guests so long as he's in business. ”

“ This place is one that I've seen others refer to for some time but never had a chance to check out until today - it's next level legit! Located on Nob Hill and eighth, basically in a large driveway next to a house, this renovated RV has some of the best street tacos I've ever had the pleasure of chewing on longer! It's legitimately hard to too many of the institutions in Yakima given the breadth and depth of amazing Mexican food, but they done did it! The options are straight forward- tacos, burritos, tortas and potentially a seasonal dessert. A buddy and I each had tacos - at $1.25 each, they're plenty affordable. I had lengua, asada, adobada and pollo tacos. While the lengua and asada were good, the adobada and pollo were straight up the best I've ever tasted. Be it a bend of spices, using smoked meats or a dash of cocaine, it was amazing! They two amazing meats were a bit Smokey, just the right salty and had some crunch. I may just go order a bowl of it! A green and red salsa are at your disposal as were a cabbage/tomato topping and radishes. Pops, both Pepsi and Jarritos, and waters were there to cool your mouth down and the picnic tables provided a perfect setting in which to scarf your lunch! We got out for $10 and had some of the best meat I've ever tried! Check out Ariel's and you too will have found your new favorite place for tacos! ”
